Patient education regarding chronic states such as asthma, allergies, obesity and diabetes is the cornerstone of management of these diseases. When medications are necessary, proper instruction on the use of such medication is provided and reviewed during every visit.

Dr. Gaurav Gupta prescribes antibiotics with caution and only when absolutely necessary and appropriate for bacterial infections. The common cold or other viral illnesses can not be successfully treated using antibiotics.
